INFORMATION FOR THE HEALTHCARE SECTOR

All stakeholders in the health care sector will have a role in Waterloo Region's response to the H1N1 flu virus. This includes:

  • All three local hospitals (Cambridge Memorial, Grand River, St. Mary's)
  • Waterloo Wellington Community Care Access Centre
  • Community Health Centres
  • Primary care providers (e.g. family physicians, nurse practitioners)
  • Urgent care clinics
  • University and college health services
  • Long-term care homes
  • Emergency Medical Services
